Cru Centenario

Description:

Grappa celebrating the 100th anniversary of activity (1911-2011). This grappa is an assembly of high quality Italian vines, aged for 18 months in large oak barrels, then further refined in small barrels for another 12 months, to finally rest in the bottle for another 6 months.

Aging:

Grappa aged for at least 12 months in large barrels, then subsequently aged in small 225 liter barrels. It completes its refinement in stainless steel until it is bottled.

Appearance:

Bright amber, crystalline, with lively reflections.

Taste:

Very complex, with very persistent aromas and a great enveloping and delicate perfume. Simple smoothness in the mouth, but very thick in the nose, a grappa for connoisseurs.
