Description:

Genziana is an historic Italian liqueur. It is produced by infusing a dryed root in alcohol. Slightly bitter in taste, it is mostly drank as a digestive. It used to be produced and consumed in many private homes, especially in central Italy. How to drink: As a digestive, both chilled and room temperature.
