Pan Grappa

This cake was born from the idea of combining dessert with liquors, to create a really unique product. The result is a cake similar to Panettone, with high quality candied fruit and sourdough starter. Being soaked with Grappa Toscana Morelli, this product is fragrant and tasty. It’s great both as dessert and as a snack or for breakfast. Wrapped in heat sealed bags and placed in rigid and stackable cardboard boxes.
