WHITE CHOCOLATE WITH LEMON PEELS

The best fine cocoa butter (Criollo and Trinitario): that’s the one we use to make our white chocolate bar. Extracted from the best cocoa beans, it has a balanced mixture of tastes that never gets old. The product contains the lemon peels used for the production of the famous Limoncino Morelli: when put inside the chocolate, these peels still have a small alcohol content, which gives the bar an irresistibile flavour balance. The manufacturing process follows the principles of circular economy: the discarted materials become co-stars in a sensational new product.
