Our dark chocolate (73%) bar is an unconventional flavour concept. It is produced following the principles of circular economy: we reuse the lemon peel from the production of Limoncino Morelli, transforming a discarted material in a fundamental new ingredient. This way we eliminate the waste and we protect the environment.
The peels maintain a mild Limoncino flavour, since they’ve been soaked in infusion, giving the chocolate a pleasent and refreshing alcoholic note.
To prepare this dark chocolate bar we only use fine cocoas, selecting Criollo and Trinitario varieties: we work the chocolate to express its aroma and flavour at its best.
Dark chocolate and lemon fuse together their flavours in a delicious balance.
