MILK CHOCOLATE WITH LEMON PEELS

The feeling of a fresh glass of milk: this is what we wanted to achieve with our chocolate bars. A product created exclusively using fine cocoas of the Criollo and Trinitario varieties, enriched by the lemon peels from the production of the famous Limoncino Morelli.
The manufacturing process is virtuous, because it follows the circular economy: we reuse the lemon peels, transforming a discarted material in a fundamental new ingredient. The result is a mild alcoholic note which creates a pleasent and balanced mixture of flavours.
