Panettone Amaretto


The panettone all’amaretto has a leavening of 72 hours and is characterized by a pandorata pasta that, in the dough phase, is flavored with Amaretto Morelli Liqueur. The product is later stuffed with an amaretto cream and decorated with dark chocolate and chopped amaretto. Since the pandorata pasta is very soft, the grains are used both to strengthen the taste of the amaretto but above all to create a soft-crunchy contrast.
